Notes

I only had a few minutes today, so I rode hard and fast. I mostly just wanted to push my legs a little after swimming and before running. I got the quad burning I was looking for.

I also didn't have the seat adjusted far enough forward today. I didn't move it, and somebody had it way too far back. I couldn't lean over at all without crushing my nuts.
