Fleet Feet Summer Speed Sessions. Standard warmup: 5 laps progressive, static & dynamic stretches, 2 x 200 fast w/200 jog.

1 x 600 (F) 1:55 1000 jog

3 laps cooldown. The two 600s at F pace were really hard. I went by average pace instead of time, so I missed each one by a second or two. But I was having to pass people on the outside lanes, so I probably ran a little extra distance. My watch said I was on F pace both times.
