Workout: 8 x 0.25mi @ 1 mile race pace (~5:33) with 1:25 RI. Bob recommended these quarter intervals before this weekend's half to remind my legs what speed feels like. The workout went well today. I'm going to take it easy until Sunday though.

I wore my compression "socks" again, and they did ok. I'll probably wear them during the half.
