First run since the monkey. I took all last week off. I felt ok then, but I haven't had a full week off from running in over two years (maybe three?). So it was a recovery week.
On today's run I felt kind of stiff, and my left calf/achilles was tight for the first three miles. But then it loosened up, and I felt good the last mile. I was also in new shoes, so I didn't want to push anything today.
