Notes
The weather was terrible. Cold, rain, and light wind. Combine that with hills, and this was no PR race.
My first and third miles were good, but Shell Hill in mile 2 wiped me out. I still felt fatigued from my two other speed workouts this week (before I knew I'd get to race this weekend).
I forgot to stop my watch at the end of this race, so the last interval is whacked.
