First run after the Monkey. My legs felt really stiff the first mile (6.5mph). They felt better on the second and third miles after I sped the treadmill up to 7mph. I did the last quarter at 8mph to loosen up some more.
FWIW, I went to Shelby Bottoms first this morning. But it was cold (44), and the wind was out of control (15mph). I put my Garmin on the roof of the car to sync up, and the wind blew it across the car. So I just got back in and drove home. I couldn't handle a freezing, windy run today.
