finally broke 18, at least according to my watch. didn't stay around for results/awards. had to get home since the xc team was meeting at my house to run at 8:30. i think i could have pushed harder, but between the workout last night and knowing i would run a lot more with the team and not being pushed by anyone trying to catch me, i kind of slacked off at the end.
