St. Nicholas Freedom Run in Sheboygan. What a nice course, nice race--not tiny but not too big. Showers at YMCA after.
First mile @7:30, second mile @7:55, third mile @7:40, not sure about last 2 miles but they had to be in the ballpark since I averaged 7:39. Felt good first mile, a little wear 2nd mile, 3rd mile starting to struggle but right on track time-wise, and the last 2 I ran as best I could. Felt pretty shot at the finish but it alleviated quickly so a good learning experience as to how far to push, I guess. Missed AG place by 45 seconds, but it was a 10-year age group, so FTA.
Last race in 40-49 year age group!
