PVTC Christmas Caper. Official time 18:55. Good weather compared to last year. Windy, but not quite as bad as the Cranberry Crawl. Woke up with a sore lower back, esp. on the left side, perhaps from sitting all day grading the day before. So I can run faster, but this was my fastest 5k to date. First mile felt fine, but I couldn't hold the pace when we rounded the turn and started running into the wind. By mile three I was pretty tired and had to dig fairly deep to stay under 6:20.
