Started at 8:00 and was up to 7:40 for miles 3-6. Then ran a mile at 7:30, a mile near 7:00, and a mile at 6:50 before cooling down slowly. That's the fastest I've let myself run for a week, and it felt great. My leg/but hurt only when I was running slowly, but we'll see how it feels afterwards.
