I did 10:00 w/u, 10 x 1:00 off/on, 10 min. c/d. On intervals were at a much higher cadence than I had done before. No pain during workout, but I noticed immediately afterwards, even as I walked home, that I overdid it and definitely should not be doing higher cadence stuff on the elliptical for now. In fact, no elliptical at all.
