I was ready to scratch Rehoboth on Wednesday, but Josh said I seemed much better on Thursday and recommended that I take a few days off and see how running feels on Sunday. The more intense, presumably ligament pain isn't there anymore. But what feels like glute max discomfort is still there, and its range of motion is compromised like it has been before. In the third mile, after A & E stopped, I ran a little faster, the glute felt worse, and I felt pain down in the perineum like that time I injured something down there. I was going to run 4 miles but stopped because of that.
