Hard progression run. Just set out to run this distance without planning paces, because I didn't know how I'd feel after yesterday's race. Felt sluggish but not sore. Was also warm: wore tights and jacket because of the wind, but that was too much. Was really over-heating around halfway but somehow went from feeling kind of bad to running really fast. Getting over capitol hill (end of mile 7) tends to inspire speed, and then memory of yesterday's pace kicked in.
