High HR again. Garmin says I should rest or run easy for 3 days. Knee cap hasn't been moving or clicking since Thursday PM. I stopped doing the runner's knee exercises after Thursday, because I think they were keeping my quad sore and prolonging the knee instability. Knee stable yesterday (walking) and this morning (running), but both times it has felt tight in both my lower medial hamstrings (mainly) and vmo. That wasn't a limiting factor on today's run, though, which was all about (lack of) fitness. Maybe this is medial hamstring tendinitis. It feels like a muscle or muscles, not something originating inside the knee itself.
