Solid. That's actually the fastest I've run this route, but it didn't feel nearly as hard as usual. On Thursday I should probably just do strides instead of 5 x 1k, because this was borderline too much. But I feel good to go for a solid marathon in 5 days if I don't aim to run faster than 3:10 or so and hang back in the first half. No faster than 1:35 at halfway (7:15 pace) but aim for more like 1:36 (7:20). Then speed up if you got it, otherwise hang on. Watch HR and slow down if it reaches 165 before 20 miles.
