Notes

2 easy, 4x1minute uphill @3k pace (jog back), 2 easy. Was planning to do 6 but prudence kicked in. Felt very hard. I need to do that more often. RIght hip is the achy weak point today. Hawaii Ave. is an excellent place to do that. Fort Totten just next to it is steeper and probably long enough. Maybe some other time. Wore tights, short-sleeved tech shirt, jacket, hat, gloves, glasses. Keep forgetting the heart monitor.
