Official time 19:16. 2nd overall and 1st in my age group (30-39). Winner was 40-something and ran 17:42. I barely beat a 50-something guy. So the real and younger runners didn't show up. But I ran well anyway. Held my goal pace (6:14) for the first two miles, which was my main goal. It slipped a bit after that but not horribly. I could have punched it more at the end but only gave as much as needed to get second place. Course was only a tad short, so this time may "count." Felt good overall. My best race to date, though only by a hair if you compare my Garmin pace on this and Komen.
