Notes
Official time 2:58:56. My Garmin was messed up in the first mile, which was actually over 7 minutes. Its distance measurement was off by around .1 mile consistently from the first mile marker, so other splits are accurate. Official splits: 42:02 (10k), 1:29:41 (half), and 2:07:23 (30k). So I ran a 26 second negative split, my first in a marathon. That was aided by the wind, which was 10-13 mph from the W-NW, which means that it was a tailwind for the final 10k (but a headwind on much of the rest of the loop course).
