3 x 1200m I (800m E). I turned out to average 4:27.6, which may be about 5:58/mi. I wanted to run 5:50 pace or in the high 5:40's, but it didn't work out that way. I felt bad all day and ran only in the evening after sleeping for 2 hours with A in the afternoon. That's as fast as I could run today, though, so I wasn't slacking. It went well enough for now.
