5 x 1:00 hills (2:30 recoveries) on Beechwood. Those were much harder than on Queen's Chapel. But I may just be feeling off today as well. Was worried about my left ankle, both post tib and lateral/top. But I chose the Run Fast 2 and my ankle immediately loved them. Great traction on hills too. Not sure I like the laces, though, so I might change those out.
