Notes
(182) My slowest Bread Run but my best race two weeks after a marathon by far. Stomach felt backed up (beer!) but fitness was ok. I'm realizing that cadence is everything for me. It was good until the uphill. I could hold it together with a high heart rate much better than usual by keeping my cadence up. I think I should try an even higher cadence (190?) during fast workouts. 17th OA and 2nd to Alan Dixon in 45-47. Adam Stolzberg also beat me but is still 44. Sean Hicks took some time off but is getting back into shape. Alan and Sean (plus Shawn when he runs) will be my competitors this year.
