(175) Mostly easy up the Capital Crescent trail (the group was doing the big loop), then turned around at 8 miles and ran uptempo for 5.5 miles with Brian Danza back down. Paces are misleading since it's downhill. Still, I was pretty tried from the fast miles but had no problem with the distance. The Elite 9s worked great.
