A bit too fast, since I was feeling my glute and hamstring just a little, but it certainly wasn't hard. Let's call it moderate. I'm thinking mainly of getting my HR down so that in a week I can sustain MP for really long. But now I need a full engine shut down, with maybe only 5 x 1k on Wednesday. Still feeling very rested after all the time time off.
