8 x 400m with 1:30 averaging 81.5. First time doing this since I measured and painted lines every 100m on the Indian Creek trail. But I used my GPS, which was a little uneven but generally accurate or even a bit long. Longer rests because I'm out of shape and that's what Sage recommends, but the idea is to increase the number of reps from here. I was pretty tired by 6 today already. Cadence was faster than ever: usually started around 200 and ended around 190.
