Hilly, rainy run with a bit of trail. Only like the first mile and then the last 2 miles were easy. Otherwise a pretty consistent, moderate/hard effort. Right side (hamstring and hip) tightened up eventually so I had to back off. Left ankle occasionally bugging me.
