3 x (1200m I + 800m E), skipping the last 800. Average time for the 1200's was 4:17.6, which is on the slow end of (but within) my goal range of 4:15-18. Pretty good weather, since the wind wasn't too strong and the air wasn't too cold. This was hard but not killer. I can do more and go faster if I keep with it. Finally a successful interval workout!
