12 x 400m @ 1:27.53 with 1 minute walk breaks. Heat wave broke overnight. Still humid but much cooler (mid 70s) with light drizzle. Flying to Greece tonight so it was a bit difficult to get my head into this. But after a slow start things went fine. Average drops the 4th rep because the time isn't right.
