Official time 19:35. Slowest 5k in a long time, but it's my first race in a long time and since I was sick for a month. It's good just to get out there and run hard. But I'm not in shape to run hard enough to make myself very tired after only 5k. The legs just won't go much faster than this right now. I need to keep getting out there and racing, though, to get back into the swing of things. It was quite windy downtown and annoyingly chilly for late March.
