3 x [800 I (400 E)] without stopping. Each interval was almost exactly 2:51, which is 5:47/mi. pace on my watch but should be 5:43/mi. if they were really 800m. Felt hard, not on my legs but on my lungs. But my legs continue to feel tightish since Thursday morning. Tomorrow I should hang back around 7:30 pace for my medium-long run. Soon I'll need to schedule my workouts further apart. They're already getting too hard to do every other day, especially if I'm not going to run super slow on easy days.
