Pushing miles 14-17 (was supposed to be 13-16 but wind changed that plan). Very windy (22 mph?). First 10 miles with SLR. First half of that was really hilly. We went slowly because of that and the wind. Then Mick and I went back out on the Capital Crescent Trail and picked it up. Hamstring was basically fine, but my glute bugged me when we picked up the pace. Not too bad, though.
