Notes

Same as yesterday: 8 mile progression + 1 easy. But I ran at a 1% incline and spaced the paces differently: 1@8:57, 1@8:48, 2@8:41, 2@8:34, then 2 miles from 8:20 to 8:00 accelerating 6-7 seconds each half-mile, then 1 easy. Felt stronger than yesterday. My stomach still hurt a bit at the end, but less than yesterday. Getting a blister on my right big toe from the treadmill. Snowing today.
