Jet lag jog with a sprained right ankle. The sprain wasn't as bad as either of the times I twisted my left ankle (2014 in Rome (3 days off) and 2016 in Athens (2 days off), also on a tram rail), but limping around the past 2 days was uncomfortable. It may have sped up recovery, though. The swelling mostly drained down last night, discoloration appeared, and it felt much better this morning, although it was still uncomfortable when I started running (mostly from rubbing against the upper on my shoe). It's runnable now as long as I'm careful. I'll need to ice it for a while.
