5 x (4 min on / 3 min off). Intended to maintain the pace of my first interval (or 5:55ish) but just couldn't keep moving that fast. Not sure why. HR doesn't seem high. My stomach was ok. Maybe it's a combination of not having tried to run fast since being sick, and last week's 60 miles? Must try again.
