Notes

3 easy; 5x1 mile tempo (6:23 pace goal); 2.5 easy. Planned on resting 1 min. between mile repeats. But after the first three I was too tired, so I rested 2 min. after the third and fourth repeats. DId this workout instead of my planned 4 mile race today, in part because I didn't feel great and didn't feel like getting up early. Right upper hamstring/glute still hurts a fair amount. This workout was harder than I expected.
