1 mile warm up, then 3T, walk/jog for 2-3 min, then 3T again. I deliberately ran each T mile faster than the previous one, aiming at 7:50 - 7:40 - 7:30, but it turned out faster each time (and almost exactly the same as the corresponding mile in the other 3T set). I was back on today and had all the power in the world. Could have gone much faster and further. No problems with the legs at all. At first I thought my hamstrings were threatening to pull, but soon I concluded that they were just itching to run harder. I'm a tad heavier, though, from all that eating and resting. My stomach was a bit uncomfortable towards the end, perhaps partly because of that, and perhaps partly because I had some gel without enough water. I feel a bit prone to wimping out, like I'm afraid to push myself as much as usual. But now I know that the condition of my body gives me no justification for this.
