Family jog. Glute seems a bit better after sleeping a ton and maybe from some stretching and ball work yesterday. Everything nearby seems involved now, including my lower back and other glute. Pain when running is much improved over yesterday - definitely below the don't do this threshold now. Control is off, though. Both external rotation and even placement of my leg with each stride is wobbly. When I can run again I need to do hills!
