My worst race experience to date. My official time was 1:21:46. The difference between that and my watch time corresponds to the amount of time I spent in bathrooms along the course (twice) while my watch autopaused. My stomach hurt while I was running so I wasn't exactly racing after 4 miles or so. The problem: I ate too much the day before. Note to self: don't overdo the "carbo-load"! I also went out too fast. Another note to self: start SLOWER than race pace and run negative splits more or less the whole race, as in training runs.
