3 days off with a niggle in my right knee pit, presumably pes anserine again or just lower hamstrings. Probably could have run yesterday but played it safe. Looking back at my training log, I see that this has always been precipitated by running too fast (usually in a fartlek) in marathon mode with higher mileage wearing me down. There's no reason ever to run faster than 6:15-20 in marathon mode, except for strides.
