3 x 1 mile (800m) averaging 6:13. My left foot and ankle area, but not my calf, felt a little weird during the warm up and cool down, but I didn't notice it during the intervals. It's pretty clearly these shoes that caused the problem. The question now is whether I can adjust to them or need to switch marathon shoes. The intervals felt sluggish, as one would expect given my lack of speed lately, and my form was bad. But not bad considering. Wasn't pushing too hard.
