4 x 800 at 3:00, 2:56, 2:53, 2:55. DId 1 less than planned because of heat, worries about my hamstring, and recollecting that I hadn't been on the track since March. Why push it the first time? This was really just a first step back to speed work. Paces were actually ok. Next time I should try to do 5 or 6 800's.
