Notes
Frozen 5k in Manassas, VA. Official time 18:25 for 10th overall and 3rd in 35-39 age group. Finally a breakthrough. The weather and the course were perfect. No significant wind and cool but not too cold. The course was almost totally flat. There were lots of turns but most weren't sharp, although there was a turnaround. Not only my fastest 5k to date, but also by far my most consistent pace. I felt better in the third mile than in the second.
