(179) Working on cadence again, which I'll get back to writing at the beginning of these entries. Only a little hamstring tightness, more on the left than right. It just doesn't feel good to run for a couple weeks after a marathon no matter what. Must keep it short anyway to concentrate on keeping cadence around 180 and get used to that.
