Latinas Leading Tomorrow 5k in Bluemont Park. Official time 19:08 for 3rd behind Keith Freeburn (17:45) and Rob Bell (17:25). First half was slightly uphill and into a bit of a headwind. Then we turned around and cruised home. I wasn't feeling speedy today, maybe because of Thursday. Fine as a workout, though.
