Pushing 14-17. First long run this cycle in Fall-like weather, which almost felt too easy. MCM was canceled yesterday, so I registered for Richmond today. Part of the outsole was falling off my left shoe from the beginning of this run. These shoes are not very sturdy. I'll try glueing it and maybe also add some shoe goo.
