Basically LT pace but felt harder with the marathon in my legs from 2 weeks ago. I'm hoping this jump starts getting back into training and feeling better. Also I might be able to get in 5 races to compete in the summer series for the first time, if I do all of them before going to Greece. Then I'll still need to volunteer. Two 40-44 men beat me today, but I don't think either is a club member.
