5k tempo because I forgot to hit the lap button until roughly a tenth of a mile after I started and had planned three miles. Given that I usually start fast and the beginning is downhill, that probably puts the time around 19:31 or so, not that it matters. Probably 6:16.XX pace. Recorded HR very high during the very last bit - higher than I think my max HR is. So either that's an error, or my heart is messed up, or my max HR is much higher than I ever noticed before. Probably an error, because I wasn't wearing the polar strap.
