Yesterday really wore me down. My right hamstring was so sore that I limped for the rest of the day. Practically all my leg muscles were sore this morning, and I felt lethargic. I'm weirdly heavier too - must have eaten more since I'm tired and sore. So whatever I did yesterday worked, and today I tried to do it again - but slower. Surprisingly, I felt pretty good once I got going, as long as I kept it slow. I continued focusing mainly on leg turnover and managed to keep it between 87-89 per leg per minute. Now and then I also thought about foot strike, but that wasn't my main concern. Now let's see what kind of condition I'm in for tomorrow's intervals.
