Changed my schedule this week because my right hip was hurting, beginning just after Monday's easy run on the treadmill. So I took Tuesday off and was uncertain about today until I just found myself out there running. That's why I kept it slow today. The right hip was fine until the last few miles, when it got a bit tight. I stretched for a while afterwards. Got a new heart monitor for Garmin, which I wore today for the first time.
