4 x 400 around 6:00/mi. pace with 400 jog and full recoveries. I didn't mean to start that fast, but did and kept it up. Last one was a mess, but the others we ok. Form and muscles were challenged, but nothing too strenuous. Now I need to avoid trying to do this again too soon. Saturday would be good. LC#1, Pedestal 40, myrtl.
