All this lower back stretching has got to stop, because now my hamstring is bugging me again at the proximal tendon. Icing now. This run was surprisingly hard as my HR shows. Never felt good. Felt uneven in different ways at different points in this run, but never comfortable. Also warm. Of course I haven't run this "far" continuously in a while, but on Sunday I did cover 9 miles including my warm up and cool down. Back/hip felt fine after a difficult day yesterday, which was the day after doing exercises including hex DL.
